At White Rhino Nutrition, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping: $6.95 for 1 tub
FREE shipping on 2 or more tubs
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the carrier, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to follow your package’s progress.

Shipping Issues & Delays

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at Support@Whiterhinonutrition.com with your order number and details. We’ll make it right.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping but plan to expand in the future.
