Return Policy

At White Rhino Nutrition, we stand behind our pre-workout supplement and want you to have the best experience possible. Since we are a small business launching with limited inventory, we have a strict but fair return policy to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for safety and quality control reasons. However, if your order meets one of the following conditions, we may offer a replacement or refund:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Your order was lost in transit and never delivered.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@Whiterhinonutrition.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Cancellations & Changes

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or make changes, please email us at Support@Whiterhinonutrition.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed, we cannot modify it.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement after reviewing your request.
